Origin Play Button Greyed Out

Try hitting Ctrl+Shift+Esc and going to Processes. See if you have any DragonAgeInquisition.exe processes running. It may be that a "phantom" process is still running stopping you from launching another session.
You can also accomplish this by restarting your computer.
