Community AdminSome have found that clearing the Origin cache helps: http://help.ea.com/en/article/clearing-your-origin-temporary-files/
Also if your machine runs the Intel Rapid Storage Technology service, try disabling that.

Hey mate. You're not alone. I played my first play through on ultra at 105 hours fine and second with patch 2 has been like playing on my old 550ti at 1080p!
