Passive abilities with +3 constituiton not applying atrribute bonuses (PC)

Hi

On my first level-up for my Quanari 2H warrior i have chosen "Untouchable defence"(vanguard tree) which should have granted me +3 to constitution but it wasn't reflected on charcter stats (constitution remained 10, should have been 13, no health and meelee defence increase).

I tried chosing different ability (had save prior to spending point), this time  on 2H tree "Shield breaker" and +3 to strength was corectly applied to stats.

Later, when I gained level 3 i respeced and tried to get some other passives (Vanguard/Trust the steel) which should grant constitution but it didnt work either.

 Update :

I started the game anew and now constitution bonus is applied, but it takes handfull of second for it to be reflected on character sheet while other attributes  are shown right away. So it is possible that it was working in my previous game as well and i just haven't been patient enough.
