11 years agoSee, if your controller was working fine before the patch, then that just proves that the code or settings from the Dev's need to be modified to accommodate controllers. I was using a similar model from a friend when I was initially troubleshooting, which had the two modes on it, however it was recognized by the computer, and in its device properties all of the buttons were operating correctly. Still only the same buttons as on my main Afterglow PL-6302 v3.3 were registering in game, which was mentioned in the first comment including the bumpers acting as the X, Y, A, B. Even on the Afterglow, the windows driver "ps3sixaxis_en.exe" installed and operated fine, and I'm able to play any other game using it without issue, the only game regardless of what controller is plugged in is DA:I. Hopefully that does help others though, and we can actually play this game. So far it has been a waste of time money.

Sorry wasn't clear, controller works fine even after patch #2. Problem is after patch #2 game freezes constantly and is unplayable.
