patch 6 item duping glitch disapearing weapons

earlier this week I posted about multiple issues with new patch 6 

An my Xbox 360 

and now I have found a new one which does not affect Xbox one only the 360 series 

this is how its done first go to haven armory make armor for your Inquisitor

back out go to upgrade armor equip the legs and arms and put on your Inquisitor

next you will back out again go back into your inventory unequip the armor go to your upgrade remove the arms and legs

then go to your inventory and equip your armor on another character now save your game then load your game

you will now see that exact armor in your inventory but not equipped because it is a duplicate of what you just put on another character you can do this multiple times but only in a haven

warning: once you do this whatever weapon u have equipped will dissaper and become unequippable an

 become invisible in your inventory

but you will be able to sell at the merchant

I have Dragon Age Inquisition deluxe edition

other issues I have stated in a previous post are as follows

1 games slowed to a crawl during gameplay then rubber bands back to normal speed

2 after reload or continue game freezes entire console

3 random blank screens during cutscenes

4 random generated rifts in strange place like the sky or side of mountain
