Patch for ps3/360?

In addition to the texture, frame rate, and poping issues, and lip sync problem my load times are all over the place, 5 to 50 secs sometimes at random, not nessarly problamatic just odd. Also a weird glitch with the conversation wheel being disabled if I skip parts of conversations the only way to activate it again is to bring up the quick select reticle which enables selecting dialogue but I have to take down the quick menu to have them start talking which having to bring it up and take it down to advance some menus is really frustration
I'm on 360 and I'm not a fan of the combat, menus, or the looting system, honestly if it wasn't for all the invested time in the Dragon Age universe I'd be content to walk away from the series
Its now out everywhere and still no word on a patch, I was hoping they would at the least have a word on a patch by now :/
