Patch for ps3/360?

Just some bugs I encountered after playing...
- Dialouge for Dorian keeps pausing when talking to him in the skyhold library
- Corrupted audio during Dorian's personal questline in the tavern in redcliffe
- NPCs' hair and eyebrows disappear
- NPCs keep spawning out of nowhere, have speedy AIs or animations just freeze entirely
- Game audio cuts out entirely
- NPC collision with objects or other NPCs
- Missplaced quest markers (ex: In The Elements)
- Freezing while ingame (Only encountered it in Haven)
- Freezing during loading screens
- Error trying to quick match in multiplayer
So, after reading some comments on the Dragon Age Facebook, I decided to delete the game data and patches/DLC (PS3), reinstall, and load from the earliest save on the screen (about an hour prior my main save) and it loaded right up. Any other save is a wash though, so I'm thinking I'll just put the game out of sight and out of mind until a patch is released. I'd be really upset to play for a few hours and find out I'm locked out of it again due to another bout of freezing issues.
