Patch for ps3/360?

I've played it on the Xbox 360. I get if the graphics are not as good as for the newer consoles, but this is ridiculous. The light effects make everything seem too shiny: white stripes in hair, beards look like they have snow in them, armor sparkles like someone threw pixie dust at them etc. At some points, some effects are just visible pixels and look extremely ugly. I've also seen objects glitch into each other, like beards into mouths.
There are clipping issues and pop-in issues which really just ruins the atmosphere of the game.
There are sound glitches, too. Sometimes the sound disappears, speeds up and some conversations are impossible to have

I've also had the game crash a couple of times during loading.
At the state that it is in now, the game seems broken. It is ugly, hard to play and seems unfinished. I don't know if a patch can fix the problems I have listed, but I certainly hope so, if there is to be a patch at all. There should be, either that or a full refund.
