Except that there are problems on the Xbox one as well. These are a multi platform issues so if that's what they wanted, then, they failed at that.
STILL no answer from EA on this? What will it take pitchfolks and an angry mob??
Well I'm thinking that we should see something around Christmas time/New Years for a really great patch. So, I'm definitely not anticipating any real formal announcement until the 2nd/3rd week of December. Although it would be nice for a bit more acknowledgement, but, I think they'd rather wait until they have solid info and dates to give us. Would you honestly be satisfied if they said "Yeah, we know, we're working on it." and that's it? Still, it is very frustrating.
Well a simple "We are sorry that our product is causing serious problems to a lot of buyers, we will make sure that you'll get your money's worth with future improvements" would be the most basic polite response. Every custommer who bought something that doesn't work as intended and has risks of breaking your hardware deserves aknowledgement.
The risk of corrupting my console's data is extremely high with that game. That is definitely not what I paid for.
I agree, but, it seems that most are so upset that a "basic polite response " wouldn't suffice without any hard dates to assuage the anger customers are having.
