Patch for ps3/360?

 I am glad I found this post, I called EA the day after the game came out because I kept getting the black loading screen then it crashing after the first cutscene in the game. The guy had me delete all of the game information from my ps3 and reinstall it and sure enough that did nothing, except make my game crash before character creation even. The guy that was helping me so shocked this was happening to me and told me it had to be my disc because I was the first person to complain about it and that he would "send it up the ladder" but he said it was most likely the disc.... which of course it wasn't. So the past few days I've been worried it was my ps3 messing up and so I went into safe mode and restoried my file system and rebuilt the database. But now I know it's the game. I really hope they find a way to fix it because paying 60$ like you all have said and not being able to play it is ridiculous!
