Patch for ps3/360?

Playing on 360 (First Generation 360 at that, no HDMI, lulz). 

I'm having a few issues, nothing game breaking, but annoying none the less. 

Audio Glitches Consist of

• Sometimes characters will start fumbling over their words. They sound like they are trying to say the entire line at once, forcing me to turn subtitles on the understand them. 
• There will be an annoying 30 Second to 2 Minute pause between lines. This is skipable by pressing X SOMETIMES. However when I skip it, it skips a rather large chunk of conversation. This happened during my romance scene with a character, causing me to miss a rather large part of the event. 

Graphics Glitches

• Seems show on terrain and characters necks with certain outfits. There was more than a few armor set ups on Cassandra where there was an invisible gap between her arms and shoulders. 
• The Screen will cut to black for a couple seconds every once in a while. I can fix this by turning my system off and back on, annoying none the less. 
• Facial Hair for darker colors looks horribad. Specifically stubble. It looks like someone spread manuer on their face. Blonde, grey and white look fine. It's only the Brown-Red-Black that looks bad. Also, Hawke and Stroud's mustache is awful but not as bad as Dorian's sharpe mustache. 

Tid Bits to improve on

• I love the Hide Helmet option. I just wish you could invididualize which character to hide it on like in Mass Effect 1. 
• I am tired of my characters hair/beard/face already and would love the option to change it like in The Black Emporium in DA2. Ideally something in the Inquisitors Bedroom since that room has no purpose at the moment. 
• Loading Screens taunt me. They give me this wonderful content to read, but they don't stay up for the entire loading screen. I would like it if those tid bits of info lasted the entire loading screen. 
• I doubt this one is doable or even considerable. But I wish you would make the Multiplayer option Systerm Linkable. Due to living circumstances, I only have Satelite and Cellular Broadband internet options at my house as an internet source. I do however have two brothers with their own 360's and copies of the game. We would love to be able to play together without having to invade a friend's house or a business. 

Despite all of this, the game is phenominal. Fixing these issues or improving on the states areas would just make it the perfect game. I am tempted to purchase the game on PC, even though I doubt it will run it as well as on he Xbox One and PS4, but know it will run better than the 360. But that will be for a later date. Cheers.
