I agree that not moving the character or camera during a save prevents those kind of freezes. But what do I do for the random ones that happen in the character menu or war table? Save game every 5 minutes?
Edit: Just had a new glitch , suuuuuper low framerate while just walking around.

That's what I've been doing. ^^;
Also, wait 2-3 second between every input.
Open menu - wait - Inventory - wait - Change character - wait - equip item. And so on. Long, but safer.
