Patch for ps3/360?

I can't load my game at all. It freezes constantly, and that's if I'm lucky enough to get into the game world at all. I can deal with slow loading textures, and graphical quirks, but if I can't even play the game, that's an issue.
This is the last game I buy from EA and Bioware. I have given them more than a few chances.
Patch this game and maybe we can leave on a somewhat good note.

Even *more* issues I'm encountering:
-No space bar for the soft PS3 keyboard, so all my wrapons are one stupid, long name.
-Much like others reported, my character's voice changes after meeting Hawke.
What the hell is going on?
