Definitely having much worse performance with this patch. Stuttering while exploring and huge frame rate drops and hitching while in combat. Really nasty texture and environmental pop in and laggy M/KB controls. Before the patch, I never had this.

Running an i5 4690k and a GTX 980 and constant freezing every few seconds from 3-5 seconds at a time... even in menus.
Wow...
I've got the same processor and those issues as well.
Game needs another patch.
