So I've not had this hitching problem previously, but after today's patch, I have it now. Every 20 seconds or so, everything freezes for about 3-4 seconds. It's maddening to the point that I can't play.
Really odd thing about it, is that sometimes I can still move my camera during this period of time. Everything else is what stutters - combat, movement, dialog, etc. Doesn't seem to matter what screen I'm on either, maps and menus cause it too.
Maddening.
