Maybe she was freaked out when all her scars and facial textures vanished after the patch and skipped town?

Anyway, to business. There has been an announcement from EA that they're going to release a hotfix later on today. Unfortunately that only seems to address the graphics issues other users are having, and the shiny hair syndrome that's going on. If this can fix the fps issue (stuttering/glitching) that we're having here I have no idea, but as of right now my game is completely unplayable, and I'm not even talking about the graphics.
This is what I've tried:
The GFX workaround that the mods have posted, which changes to the Ultra setting. Did nothing for me.
A system restore to pre-patch, turned Origin offline. Same story.
Launched game through Nvidia GEForce Exp (as per a recommendation from a Reddit user). This actually improved things a LITTLE, accompanied that by changing all my settings from High/Ultra back down to Medium and turned off Ambient Noise. A slight improvement in that I can now move around for about ten seconds before it freezes for five. I still have major issues with the main menu, conversations and general gameplay.
My game was working perfectly and playing beautifully up until the point of the latest patch. It is now well and truly broken. If we could get an EA mod in here to even acknowledge that this is an issue that they're looking into, I'd be happy.
