Well I don't know if my situation is unique or common.
My FPS before the patch was 20 FPS (inconsistent, it'll go up to 35 and down to 15 even if I just stare at a wall).
After the patch, my FPS was 18 FPS avg.
Changing settings from Ultra to Low, does nothing to affect FPS. Is this the game's issue? Or something on my end?
Really would not like to spend $400 dollars upgrading my computer to play this game. I'm dedicated but...there's a limit..
When can we expect a response to this issue? I, for one, haven't been able to play since the patch.
