Odd that the reinstall wouldn't work for you Krystalira. Mine seems fine now, just slow in places like Hinterlands, but no combat freezing and the like, because it's back to the base version of the game. Can also have mesh quality on high again and it doesn't take away 20fps doing so... My CPU doesn't max out either.
