Hi!
I just wanted to report, that I also have the stuttering ingame and in menus; when I used to play DA:I completely fine before the second patch and the hotfix with low/off settings and medium textures in 1280x720 resolution fullscreen (on a notebook with Geforce GT630m 1GB).
My notebook's processor (core i3 2350m with hyperthreading) in idle is on 25% and when I play DA:I it is on 98%-100% usage.
