Patch made performance MUCH worse

Most of my framerate loss is coming from area's with heavy population such as Haven, and Val Royeaux, and the majority are most area's in the Hinterlands. High meshes feels like it brings too much of a performance hit, and so do the games effects, I had to bring meshes to medium, and effects to low, so I wouldn't get lag spikes just playing normally, the biggest framerate loss is looking into certain directions from a distance that have buildings, sunrays, and population, most of which exist in Hinterlands.

So I had just been to Recliffe for the first time, the game drops frames so badly, and performance get's really bad almost like it's going to CTD.
