How many people having issues are on Nvidea and how many if any are using AMD?? Most who post specs seem to be posting Nvidea. My game is good, but I run AMD dual 6950 in crossfire. I get 30fps pretty consistent with a mix of med to Ultra settings. The lastest driver for AMD and turning off Origin ingame fixed all issues for me. So I am wondering if Bioware messed up only Nvidea cards or did I just get lucky??
@mcsupesport
You just got lucky. I'm running amd R9290 and the latest patch dropped my framerate by half. None of the fixes work. They should refund the game. I am very annoyed with the whole situation. If you bought a product that didn't work anywhere else you'd be entitled to a refund.

only windows 8.1 can played it smoothly?? I will not go to the extend of upgrading it at the expense of a game. give us the options of patch re-roll and also allowing us to patch the game optionally. instead of forcing us to.😕mileymad:

Can't say this with 100% sure, it was only my experience and nothing more 😕mileyhappy: It would be great if someone could test it with reinstalled Win7

I am not sure this helps, but I am playing Inquisition on both my desktop and my laptop. My desktop is running Windows 7 and has absolutely no problems what so ever. I have no issues with my graphics or crashing. The game plays smoothly and has no stuttering or low FPS. Hell, even my CPU seems to be doing finemost of the time. Now and again the loading times are a bit long, but I chocked that up to my desktop being three years old.
My laptp on the other hand is running 8.1 and i have problems from time to time. Nothing to make the game unplayable but sometimes the more action intensive cut scenes can stutter. There are graphical issues as well, but nothing that stands out. Usually I just have to restart the game to make the buggered graphincs go away.
Thus I don't think the OS version has anything major to do with performance.

Under EU law people, you are entitled to a refund if the product you bought is broken. A game that lags so much that it can barely be played is simply broken to no fault of your own (unless your rig is under the recommended limits Bioware gave, and mine is far above it and I still have issues).
There for you are entitled to a refund if you chose to return the game under those motivations. I'm giving EA / Bioware 3 days myself before I return the game since the latest patch has made it impossible to play. I suggest other people set similiar deadlines for themselves and return the game if they are not met.
