Hi Guys!
I just wanted to share you a possible solution for the stuttering. I just watned to reinstall the game, but before that I defragmented my hard drive and disabled origin helper (every other online option was disabled and I played in offline mode) and I decided I give DA:I one last shoot before the reinstall. In that moment when I started the game I was surprised in a good way. The stuttering was completely gone and my game runs the same , if not better than before the patch and the hotfix. I don't know exactly why this solved my game's stuttering, but I hope it helps to some of you.
And here is my (64 bit) dxdiag's hastebin link in case, if you or the devs are interested:

I hope Bioware will fix the stuttering for everyone soon. 😕mileywink:
PS: I also updated my directx today (to be exact I installed Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY from steam [what I got with a hungarian gamestar magazin] what installed if I remember correctly Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 and some directx files).
(Sorry for my english, I'm from Hungary.)
This just worked until today, when it started to stutter again. 😕mileymad:

So I've been keeping my eye on this thread for the past few days as this match made my performance also go from excellent to unplayable, I've tried a few suggestions but until now nothing helped. I definitely had SOME luck with Pegazus777's suggestion; I disabled the few items I had enabled in the advanced menu of Origin's settings (origin helper and one other thing I think) and the game is again at least playable. It hasn't been a total fix for me, as loading time and texture popping is still definitely much worse compared to pre-patch, but it's at least playable which is something. It's a quick enough thing to give a shot at least.
Hope this gets a definitive fix soon. Biggest disaster of a patch I've seen in a long time.
