This is so frustrating. I have tried everything in this thread, and there is nothing that works.
CCleaner caused my mouse to stop working, because it deleted something for a completely unrelated device and it took me three hours to figure it out.
A clean boot did nothing at all.
I've repaired, redownloaded and installed, and piecemeal deleted patch files.
I've defreagged my computer (which happens weekly anyway).
Ive redownloaded and updated all my drivers (CPU, GPU, Windows, DirectX, Mouse/KB)
Everything else works just fine. This game ran just fine until patch 2. The hotfix did nothing for any of the issues I am experiencing - freezing, stuttering, CPU jumping to 100% usage. Prior to the patch my CPU did not go above 80% while playing DAI.
