Wanna share this with you guys because I was having memory leak problem, too. This absolutely works for me and it's a direct tackle to the symptom (memory leak). Until we get the patch that actually fixes the cause, I recommend you to try this. I did some testing with multiple relaunch of the game and 10+ hr stability test and the game didn't freeze or crashed once and it ran smoothly. Please check it out! cheers
Note: follow the instruction in the thread but don't forget to change your exe address to DragonAgeInquisition.exe instead of BF4.exe XD Also, the program memory cleanning interval can be adjusted, I reduce it down to every 5 minutes. You can also clean mem/cache manually by right clicking the program icon in the bottom right tray of your desktop. The game will stutter a bit at intro screen, wait for 2-3 mins for it to smoothen up then play the game. You might also need to do manual clean every time you change map but it's easy to do.

Despite the fact that I'm not suffering the patch problems anymore because I reinstalled I figured I'd do this anyway, sounds like a great suggestion for those of you without any other solutions, definitely seems worth a shot. Quick question, did you just do the setup and leave it at that? I read that shortening the cleaning interval is a g ood idea but can't seem to find the option xD

Thank you for your posts on this. For anyone who's still seeing this, please check the steps on this page.
Please link a a full dxdiag, as much info as possible is useful when investigating this. Information on CPU spiking is quite useful too. Thanks again.

I tried it and lowered the interval to 5 minutes. I've still got the previous issue. I waited about 5 minutes for it to work maybe but it didn't seem to.
Hayley, to lower the interval you need to edit the schedule. Select Task Scheduler Library, find Clean System Memory, right click and click properties. Now go to triggers and edit the triggers.
