Just reposting my PC specs and posting current performance problems with certain graphics settings when my specs are above required. I believe any permanent solutions won't be upgrading to windows 8, or using CCleaner, troubleshooting won't fix game optimization.
Most of my framerate loss is coming from area's with heavy population such as Haven, and Val Royeaux, and the majority are most area's in the Hinterlands. High meshes feels like it brings too much of a performance hit, and so do the games effects, I had to bring meshes to medium, and effects to low, so I wouldn't get lag spikes just playing normally, the biggest framerate loss is looking into certain directions from a distance that have buildings, sunrays, and population, most of which exist in Hinterlands.
