Sigh, I appear to be having this as an issue as well. Just last week, the game was playing just fine. Now when I launch the game, I have SEVERE stuttering in the title screen and within the game itself. It literally will yo-yo from 1 fps to higher constantly. The game is entirely unplayable until this is resolved. Shame as I have 2 more playthroughs planned and now they are halted.
