Prior to Patch 2 I made a full playthrough of about 120 hours doing every quest and every zone to completion.
Not ONCE did I have a single issue. Now on my second playthrough on a Qunari, I get crash to desktops every so often when switching zones, the game freezes, and some NPC's even disappear (Gatt during Iron Bull's quest completely disappeared and the scenes basically involved Bull talking to thin air as neither Gatt would appear nor his dialogue trigger).
I don't know what they did for Patch 2 but it broke something with the game.
