I am experiencing stuttering in conversations, combat, title screen, and even menus and it ranges from incredibly annoying to unplayable. Every couple seconds my CPU usage reaches 100% and the game pauses. I was given Dragon Age: Inquisition for christmas, so I can comment on my performance before the patch.
I've tried the 60 fps fix, reinstalling drivers, lowering options, playing in windowed fullscreen, and running it with all other programs closed with very little improvement. On the bright side, I haven't had any freezes or crashes, but it's currently painful to play through. If a patch isn't released soon, I have half a mind to try and get a refund.
