One thing I've noticed with all the people having performance issues (stuttering etc.) is that most of you aren't posting what OS you are running. Those that do, are all on Windows 7.
I was having all the same issues as you guys, tried all the tricks/tweaks etc. that people have been posting and only got marginal improvements. Then I stumbled across a thread on another site (can't remember where, nor who posted it to give them credit), that showed a brief comparison between running the game with the same system and settings, on Win7 and then on Win8.1. Win7 had bad stuttering issues, FPS jumping from 40-90 all over the place. Win8.1 was buttery smooth averaging 75-85 FPS (or thereabouts).
So I went and upgraded my OS to Win8.1, which I had been putting off since I didn't like some of the new changes/features, and I have not had a problem since. I realise it's not a cheap fix by any standard, but it appears this issue is not just nvidia related, but more Win7 related.

Well expecting people to buy a whole new operating system to play a game is not really a fix
Sorry but to fix it your saying people should purchase a new OS to play a game that clearly states Win 7 on the requirements... .... What?
Thats insane. If you want to spend £100+ on an OS just to play this piece of garbage be my guest.
