it might also be worth running the repair function in Origin? Perhaps some small part of the program that deals with pad recognition was damaged in the update.
By any chance are you using a gaming keyboard?

Yes I have tried :-
1 - Replacing the batteries
2 - Different USB ports
3 - Drivers all up to date
4 - Unplugging EVERYTHING from other USB ports
5 - Disabling every other HID devices and etc at device manager and device & printers
6 - Repairing game through origin
7 - Disable steam overlay
8 - Tried with my different gamepads 1 by 1 but same problem.
(Yes I really do love and really want to play this game)
Nope I am not using any gaming keyboard or any other controllers or whatsoever.
It was fine before the patch, and it is STILL fine at every other games except DA:I . ☹️(

make a new folder inside of the game folder
move everything including profile files into the new folder, and try again.
it is possible that your profile files were corrupted.
also does your controller register in your device manager when you plug it in?
if not you may have a faulty usb connection on your mother board.
or the drivers were not fully or properly installed.

Just tried removing all my profile and turned off my internet so Origin doesn't sync with my saves and it's still not working.
And yes my controller is registed with my device manager. As mentioned, it is still working perfectly fine with every other games I have including other games in origin.
