For me it always happens during cutscenes or when I'm using the war room. I've posted a help thread tooo but no one offered anything so that kinda sucked. The funny thing is, my game NEVER crashes during exploration/combat. It's always either cutscenes or war room. That's it. I could spend hours playing as long as I avoid both of those, even at high settings. Still, cutscenes are a huge part of the game so that still really screws me over.
What happens is the game goes to desktop but doesn't close, because the icon is still there on the taskbar. I try clicking but it won't open, and I can't close it either so I would have to use task manager. I'm really bummed out cause I've tried everything I could think of.
I don't know what kind of PC's you people are using, but I haven't had any problems whatsoever with crashes or anything else...........only finding some things (which I eventually found). There were a couple of loot's that I couldn't get to open, but I'm sure there was nothing important in them anyway. Just finished the game at level 24 mage and now I'm trying a different character and playing it again.............Cyberpower Fang laptop......16Gb ram, 2.80 Ghz processor and NVIDIA GT870 6Gb video card.
