In my case, getting a crash to desktop with the program and audio still running, and having to end the program through task manager.
Running on an AMD Radeon HD6870. Installed AMD stable driver version "Omega 14.12"
Tried Windowed Fullscreen which as far as I've seen works well if not fixes for the session, but it's not a solution, choosing to play the game with reduced performance.
It seems to happen soon after I quicksave (or autosave), though that could be a coincidence.
Alt-tabbing out seems to make the crashing more likely, but unconfirmed.

Started getting CTD's extremely regularly after the patch. Had no CTD's prior to this, the game ran beautifully for me before any of the patches.
I have tried everything detailed here, but I run on Mantle.
Not sure what my options are at the moment...
FX-8350 @ 4.9Ghz on water (tried without OC).
Sapphire Vapor-X R9 290 @ stock.
All other games run fine.
