Again, thanks for the update!
But...I updated my BIOS and got a *new* error. After about ten minutes of playing, my computer completely shut down. That's something that has never happened before, and now I'm afraid to boot up the game at all. (Before it would just CTD with no error after around 20 minutes.)
My specs again, just in case someone can point to something and say "ah-ha!":
Windows 8.1
Motherboard: MSI A75MA-G55 (MS-7696)
CPU: AMD A8-3870 (quad core, 3.0 GHz)
GPU: GTX 660
RAM: 16GB DDR3
650W PSU
Edit: It looks like updating my BIOS did something wonky, because my PC is shutting off during any game I play, so it's not just DA:I. Resetting back to factory settings now.

Well, **bleep**...Now I feel so bad recommending this step.
Don't know about you guys, but before patch, i had zero crashes, after patch i get ctd with no error, but that is random, can play a game for an hour and ctd, or play a whole day, travel to many places and no crash, then go to inventory and boom, you are at desktop. My guess, there is problem with memory leak in game
