[PC] Dragon age: inquisition crash on launch

The game doesn't launch, I see only the `Preparing game...` for about 3-4secs and then nothing happens.

Also the Problem Reports window is empty and I don't have mods installed.

Stuff i tried are:

Verify integrity
Re-installing the game
Installing the DirectX & VC again from the --Installer folder
Disabling the overlays (both steam and EA)
Compatibility mode
Disabling full screen optimizations
Running administrator mode
Clean boot
Recent GPU drivers
Recent chipset drivers
Running through the EA app and not from steam
Re downloading Ea app and Steam
Formatting the windows drive
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth & DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth & sfc /scannow

Edit 1: After 1 or 2 months happened again i re did all the above stuff except the Formatting windows drive (i am not gonna format my windows every 2 months), just stopped working but this time I couldn't play any EA app game especially the Bioware game I have (This game, Anthem and Mass Effect Andromeda) so I created a new support ticket and they said as an option to create a new local user that succeeded for Andromeda and anthem but not for this game.

Edit 2: This happens only in the games I have in EA app and not on steam, Epic or GOG.

Edit 3: I made 2 new users in my system and in the last one the game now open so.. a quick fix is this or just buy the game and find an alternative way to play the story atleast. No I am not gonna close the game or the system to be sure until I finish the game.

Hit Windows key and X.

Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.

Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes. > ENTER.

If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found reaped steps 1 & 2.

Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.

The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.

After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key and X again.

Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command Prompt (Administrator)”

Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes. >ENTER.

Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.

This didnt work but i performed a clean installation for a luck of a better solution and now works. Thank you for answering me though.

Same problem: the game doesn't launch on playstation 4. It starts and after 'preparing game' the screen goes blank though the music is still going.
Like Newbie I also have newly installated everything sinds yesterday, without any result.

After some time not playing the game and not adding anything new to the system the game doesnt open, I just tried everything i did the first time + what you said and still the game not opening. I am not going to format my system again for a game. Pls for the love of the game fix it
