[PC] [EA App] Dragon Age II Stuck at Preparing Game

Can't launch DA II or DAI on the EA app. Stuck at Preparing to launch screen.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

Still not working. I have reinstalled EAApp, and run it as administrator. None of the solutions I have search here in the forums. Seeking help.
SAme issue. I refunded it. I got it on steam and it launches fine there.
