PC: EA Installer Touchup has stopped working

From 3 days I try to install DA: I.

1. I installed game from 4 discs

2. Now I am trying install game from Origin because it is requirement 

And I can't do it, I receive error:

I was do all steps from your comments here (http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/EA-Installer-Touchup-has-stopped-working/m-p/3862399/highlight/false#M89871 ):

Please try the following steps in the order below:

1. Manually uninstall Origin
2. Run CCleaner
3. Restart your router/modem and do a Clean Boot
4. Make sure that your UAC is enabled and set to notify
5. Download the latest version of Origin and install the client
6. Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports
7. When starting Origin, please make sure to run it as Administrator

I added Touchup to windows firewall.

But it still doesn't worked! I bought your game 3 days ago and I can't play!!! Please do it something.
