[PC Game Pass] Blood dragon armor set not downloading

I recently got dragon age origins ultimate edition through pc game pass and started playing it through the ea launcher. I saw in the in game downloadable content tab that I can acquire blood dragon armor but when I click on download, it says that the ea servers are down. I assume the servers have been shut down as this is an old game. I tried using dragon age keep to access all the extra content and I acquired all of origins content but none of it showed up in game. I am really only concerned about the blood dragon armor however.

@1d547a3446a106ba This can go a couple of ways. Short answer is if you didn't own them and want them they cannot be granted. If you owned them and they arent showing up in game, you have to delete the DLC folders from the install folder and redownload them to see if that works.

If it does not, you have to reach out to support so that they can take a look. The problem will be with the Blood Dragon Armor. Even when granted from our end, it may not actually show up in the game and there's no way to force that. That content has had a lot of issues since there are no more updates and platforms like Xbox and PS no longer have a download but PC still works.

@DeadxSlayer04 Hey, so the server error is because the game is trying to connect to an old social site that does not exist. This has no actual bearing on DLC, except for the blood dragon armor. This armor can only be obtained at this point if you previously owned the armor, or you had already met the criteria of owning it. Playing the game through GP won't give it to you as it is content that has to be manually added to an account if criteria were already met.

  • Also have similar problem with the ancient free bundle items are not loading with EA App launcher. I have originally bought the game Dragon Age:Origins via retail physical in 2009 and had some fun that time....
Recently I installed it again with EA app, downloaded properly with a bunch of DLCs I owned before and tried to load my original save games.

Problem was, that 3 of the original item DLCs are not added for my game and was unable to load my savegames (only with force load)

    My missing items/DLCs are:

    - Dalish Promise Ring

    - The Edge

    - Blood Dragon Armor

If I try to redeem my original printed codes in EA App, it writes "Code accepted", than "This code has already been redeemed."

Is it possible to have my original bundled content items to get included in the EA App version of the game?
