Game looks weird on my system as well. I noticed some... weirdness in the Exalted Plains, too, the grass is.. uh.. just looks very strange. The game itself feels like its.. I can't really explain. Much lower detail. Looks surreal. Checked the settings, though, they're the same.
Using AMD HD 7950.
Wow, those screenshots from the OP are telling. All that nice detail and shine is just gone, except for in the skunk hair. Not to mention that scenes in the game that are sunnier look blown out, too bright and the detail is gone. What a mess EA, what a horrible ugly mess.
