[PC] Inquisition Cut-scenes still choppy after fix

Hi guys, I have been having some problems with Dragon Age: Inquisition’s cut scenes. Bear in mind that I have been using the fix to unlock the 30fps limit. Now the in-game runs smooth like silk 60 fp...

BioWare devs are active on http://forums.bioware.com , though they haven't posted much lately, probably because many of them are on vacation.
