PC MP - rubberbanding in general and jitter when running near other players

title explains the issue, my char rubberbands all over the place in every single match... it also jitters when running near other players, very similar to when vehicles (mainly tanks) in BF3/4 rub up against eachother

for the most part my connection is clean, although i'm using wifi, i get no random outages or slow downs, so i think it might just be a ports issue as lag like this is pretty common

any ideas? what can i do to reduce or eliminate this pesky rubberbanding that shouldn't exist..?

nothing has changed, tried setting my router to game mode but that's done nothing... still rubberbanding in every single match, some much more severe than others

opening the ports seems to have helped, my character still jitters around when moving in any direction but it's a lot less... seem to join matches quicker too, and load into matches quicker... could be placebo, who knows
