[PC] Nivida Graphics Card fix/update?

Hello, this may be a dumb question, but are there any updates to the Nividia graphics card incompatibilities? I've got a fully-updated NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M, but cannot play the game with it. The only way I can get Inquisition to launch at all is by forcing the program to use my Intel HD Graphics 4000. =/

Hopefully this is the right place to post a question like this! Thanks for any updates you may have.

There's no way for you or I to predict how it may turn out. For a majority of games, not involving this game engine, with adverised requirements at a similar level, an entry level card such as a 740m would play slower than many gamers will accept, with the graphics set as low as they will go, and the screen resolution below the mid-point, if that was satisfactory to you.

I would hate it, myself. Personally, I hate a laptop keyboard, I hate the touchpads, and the great expense of replacing them all the time would distress me no end.

Lately, the very newest of nVIDIA's highest performance cards, like the GTX 980, are experiencing difficulty running Inquisition. I am unaware of anything either that EA or nVIDIA has done in the last few days to change how Geforces work in the game. I cannot say anything helpful or productive about the Origin in-game overlay; disable that, most certainly.
So, does this mean that I will never be able to play DA:I with my GT 740M since it's the laptop version? I mean, that's a bit disappointing, but if that's that, then at least I can stop trying to fix things. Hoping to build a desktop sometime soon, anyway.

Yeah, I'm just going to have to switch to a desktop soon. Or stick with older games... Thanks for the info though.
