Hey, there!

Can you please post your issue on the new EA Forums we have set up here: Dragon Age Franchise Discussion

We are not monitoring AHQ as much as we used to with certain titles like Dragon Age since we now have the new forums set up.

All of our Heroes and Champions on AHQ remain actively engaged and provide support as the migration process continues.

This will help us track players who are experiencing this issue, help them find resolutions to your issue, and give us more data to send to the team for review!
