middlefngrsalute, I just wanted to say thanks for taking so much of your own time to get this figured out. It's good to know not only what the problem actually is, but also that they're working on it, and that you have a bunch of ways to at least help make the game more stable even if we can't fix the whole thing ourselves. I'm glad to know that there is a solution coming, even if it will potentially take a while to get it out.

I just figured that it would be more productive to try and get to the bottom of this,
rather than pulling my hair out (and raging, throwing mice and slamming my keyboard after a crash)
over not being able to play the game, the way I want, and with the settings I should be able to.
And it's not just me. A LOT of people have contributed to this investigation,
players, and tech support both. to EVERYONE who has helped whether indirectly or directly,
I just want to say THANK YOU ALL!
We might all rant and rage about the condition of the game, or it's current state, it's flaws, glitches and such,
but we as players won't get anything done, "crying over spilled milk" the game is the way it is, and I entend to
pressure bioware into getting it fixed.. not just for my own personal reasons and wanting to play the game,
but for everyone, so they do not feel like they've been robbed, cheated, lied to, etc.
