[Resolved] Epic - DAI GOTY Error On Install - You Don't Have Access!

Got dragon age inquisition game today, on Epic games launcher, when i try to download game i get this pop-up

UPDATE: Systems should now be back up and running! If you are still seeing issues, clear the EA app cache, and reboot both Epic and the EA app. Try to install once again!

lets do a +1 to this. linked my epic... can't do anything.  Half a dozen google attempted fixes, nothing. HALP.

So today Epic Games added Dragon Age Inquisition and when i tried to download it it needed to link my ea acc and when i linked it it showed me that i dont own the game in ea and doesnt let me download it on epic games can i get some help pls

Same issue.  It says "YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS, This title may have been downloaded from your device from someone else who owns the game.  I'm the only one who uses this device.
