I am also getting random CTDs in multiplayer. Luckly this has not happened in single player and I hope it won't. Only thing not tried yet is rolling back and clean install. Nvidia user here.

according to the twitter page, and a few other places, it is being addressed, and that the studio is in contact with nvidia to resolve the performance issues,
but, imho, any driver updates won't help, as it is a coding issue within the game.
