Running the game at that frame rate will basically cut your GPU usage in half, dramatically reduce temps, and improve stability due to less strain on your hardware.
If you choose to use this method, only apply it after waking up in haven.
Or you will spawn in the fade area with the black steps.
And this will only help to extend gameplay between crashes for those with Nvidia GPUs.
"Why?" you ask...
Because of the coding issues in the game itself, that cannot be fixed player-side.
[(unless they release the game to the modding community, or a toolkit that would allow users to open the
file types used in this game for editing, which is highly unlikely)]
But, hey, if it works for you...Great, awesome, fantastic, kudos and +1s.
The reality of it, is that it most likely won't work for everyone.
Yes, it probably will help with overheating, lags, jitters, etc.
But those of us who have the equipment that should be able to run this game
natively at 60fps at ultra and fade touched shouldn't have to force a 30fps
framerate on this game at lower settings.

@Running the game maxed @ 30 fps is no problem, but when I run the game @ 60 fps, I need to turn off MSAA and reduce a few settings. I can run the game on ultra with no MSAA and average 55-60 fps.
