Hi,
I have i5 4670K CPU and GPU GTX 970. I have DA:I for few days and I had only few crashed caused by DirectX error. But from yesterday - after launching a game my CPU has 100% usage and game sttuter hard and it's unplayable. What could cause this problem? Is it on the list that future patch will repair?

as he said about reading the original post. it's why you generally crash in zones that aren't the cities, especially the longer you stay in them without rezoning and refreshing. I literally stood in place once for about 10 minutes and watched the memory usage slowly but surely continue climbing steadily while staring at the gorund for ten minutes LOL. I think that's what caused the crashes for me since the patch. unfortunately, I am new to Origin, so i didn't realize the puzzle icon in the launcher meant I didn't have the broken patch and reinstalled the game mistakingly assuming i did out of fear when reading about these issues. I only had a few crashes before that ina lmost a week of play, now i get a few a night on a good night even with lower settings. I suggest NOT updating and disabling the auto login and data options from the main menu, or playing in offline mode for now also. Turning off Vsync is all you may need to do to alleviate much of that cpu drain, about 10% of it maybe. and use mantle if you have an amd card. doing both of those things before falsely assuming I had the broken patch and reinstalling the game to attempt a reroll I didn't need to do which auto updated me by some wicked irony would have spared me these crashes within an hour and a half to 2 hours of playing unless I'm in the cities. use these tweaks in a custom custom file named 'user.cfg' placed in the folder the .exe is in:
RenderDevice.TripleBufferingEnable 0
RenderDevice.VsyncEnable 0
and DO NOT update the game if you haven't made the mistake already.
