DO NOT DISABLE YOUR SECURE UEFI BOOT!
It will render your bios vulnerable to dos based attacks, as well as the boot sector of your OS drive.
you most definitely do not want anything to get onto your MBR, or Boot sector.
the only way to truely get rid of those kinds of infiltrations is to melt down your drive at a
metal works (even secure erasures aren't guaranteed to remove them)

No worries. I disabled it to try it out and re-enabled it afterwards.
