UPDATE
This is the LAST TIME I am going to repeat this.
THE GAME HAS CODING ISSUES.
Drivers and workarounds will not fix the game (most likely).
They will only make it more stable, between crashes with Nvidia GPUs,
and less jittery with AMD.
The coding issues affect every one differently, because everyone has different builds.
If the game works for you, "Fantastic!", "KUDOS!", "+1s!", "Hoozah!".
GO PLAY THE GAME, THEN.
If you are having problems with the Mantle API and AMD GPUs, try using the DirectX API instead.
All we have is your word for it. I have not seen any sort of links or evidence to back your posts, nothing from EA/BioWare, only your word. I hope you understand, but I'm not taking your word as 100% gospel. Until we have a developer come into the thread and confirm this, I am taking the OP with a grain of salt. Someone insisting that they've been in contact with "tech specilaists" without any evidence is going to merit skeptism from me.
I have no doubt there is some coding issues. If there is a bug, there is a coding issue. And the game has bugs. That doesn't mean it's broken as the OP claims.

Honestly as quiet as the Devs have been I highly doubt they'll ever comment on it. They really give no **bleep** about the players anymore.

I don't buy that, considering it's the holidays. Again, I am not going to jump to the conclusion that BioWare stopped caring, no matter how much the Hate-Fest wants me too. Your statements also go contradictory to the OP, who has been claiming that they've been in contact with tech support off and on since the 17th. Nor am I willing to conclude that the OP is telling the truth. If s/he is, then they can ask these tech supports to pop in the forums. Or give us a public link.

I never stated whether this is, or is not, the gospel truth, and never asked anyone to accept it as such.
I am only relaying what I have been told by the tier two tech specialists that I have been in contact with,
and information that I have realized, through the ongoing testing that I, personally have done, on multiple systems,
with different hardware specs, through troubleshooting and testing.
I am only offering some suggestions for those who are having simialr issues with the game.
If they choose to follow them, use them, or blow it all off... is ultimately up to them.
If my suggestions or insight helps them have an entertaining time, rather than fits of rage over an unplayable game.....
During the conversations that I have had with tech support, They and I both came to the conclusion that
yes, there are coding issues in the game, and have a strong belief that at least one of the issues is with speed tree,
and how it handles draw distances.
And it's just an educated guess... however, with all of the people across all platforms, having issues,
is that there is more to it than that, but, to what extent these issues are, are unknown.
The issues I have been faced with may or may not differ from other people, due to different versions of windows,
different programs installed, different hardware, drivers, or a million other possible differences.
EA Tech support is just as much in the dark as we are, being that Bioware is not releasing any pertinent information,
that allows them (EA tech support), to assist players of DA:I, such as myself, and I'm sure thousands of others,
who are having issues with the game.
Your opinion is your own, as mine is my own. Neither are wrong.
If you choose to take what I say with a grain of salt, so be it. That's totaly on you.
But comments like that, that try to berate or belittle other posters, is actually an infraction of the rules,
for using this site. If I were you, I would seriously consider thinking about what you post here in the future.

I'm not attempting to troll or get attention. The fact that you automatically jump to that conclusion when someone is asking for evidence is very troubling. I ask for some proof that anyone said any of these things to you, and your conclusion is that I'm a troll? Interesting. It's been over a week that you've been insisting on this, with no evidence other than your word.
I didn't say you weren't trying to assist people with issues. I never said that you weren't being helpful. Please don't try to put words into my mouth or tone that isn't there. I wasn't insulting you, but I was wondering where you got your information from.
I did say that you are trying to tell us (in several posts) that THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE CODING AND THERE IS NOTHING THE PLAYER DO TO FULLY FIX IT, and I want some proof that EA or BioWare or anyone actually said this. You are saying over and over again that this is what's happening. I never trust anyone that doesn't back up their sources, nor someone who first response to a request for links/cite their sources was to call them a troll.
I'm not saying those problems don't exist. I have posted in this very thread talking about those problems. I'm not being dismissive and I've also been helping out users on the BSN by directing them to links for PC users.
For the sake of peace, I'll leave the thread. I look forward to hearing BioWare and/or EA publicly talk about this.

ok you want proof, here are the case #s of the issues I've discussed with tier 2 tech support regarding DA:I
-EDIT-
Case numbers removed to protect privacy.
and let me ask you this, if the issue is in the game code, how is a driver, or a playerside adjustment to settings, or system configuration going to correct a coding issue in the frickin game?
unless you or one of the other people who purchased the game, and have the developement tools, and programing knowledge, as well as a programing knowledge of the frostbyte engine, how are they going to correct a damn coding issue in the fricken game?
