Has anyone encountered a weird scenes fast forwarding bug? I haven't encountered a lot of the other bugs, have been lucky, but this fast forwarding cutscenes thing is really weird. I'm not even sure it's related to the general poor performance of the game, maybe it's something else on my end? I've tried a lot of different things to get rid of it with no luck.

when this happens it is generally caused by command line option that alters the frame rate cap.
either in the launch option in origin or the desktop shortcut.
If you are getting the "Benny Hill Issue", check your launch option and desktop short cut.
Either remove the command line, or alter it to reflect a 30 fps cap (i.e. just change the 60's to 30s)
If you do not have a frame rate command line option,
Then turn vsync on, and set the resolution and refresh rate to the native refresh of your main monitor.
Check your Nvidia Control Panel, or Catylist Control Center, to see if you have any settings in these that alter or force frame rate.

Oh wow, this seems to have worked. I had this issue both with and without the frame rate altering, but using the command line to force 30 fps seems to be working. Thank you!
